Pavel Semyachkin sees his artwork as an excuse for creating a beautiful surface, whimsical mix of spots and textures. Sometimes these spots are surprisingly clear and convincingly transmitting, for example, sunlight filtering through crown of trees. Sometimes it is simply a conditional decorative pattern, that carries its own mood and energy. The surface of pavel's paintings has beauty and emotional intensity, it lives its own life, regardless of what it displays. This magical "substance of painting" has found a response among many people in many countries. Where to buy: |
